Sticky Date Cake - My version

OMG!
It was close to forget my today recipe.
In fact I robbed it from sticky date cake of Chef Tayebe and changed it due to my desire and
at the end I am perfectly happy with it.
date - 400 g
flour  - 1 1/4 cup
water - 3/4 cup
baking powder - 2 tsp
butter  - 75 g
vanilla - 1 tsp
eggs  - 2 separated
coffee mix - 2 tbsp
Ok ... the recipe:
Heat date, water and coffee mix for 5 min. Add butter and mix for 2 min. let it cool for 10 min.
during cooling process, separate eggs'white and yolk. Mix (?) whites not to pour from bowl. Add yolks to date and others. Then folk whites and at last folk flour and bp. put into oven 175 for 35 min!
